A City Townhouse Community
We're a community of 52 townhouses located on the East side of Annapolis, MD. Our boundaries lines are Georgetown Rd on the East; Dumbarton Dr on the West; Dorchester Dr on the North and Doncaster Court to the South.
Community property is managed by a council of homeowners who use monthly dues to oversee landscaping, snow removal, tree upkeep and sanitary pipe maintenance.
The homes were built in the early 1960s and possess a period charm unique to the area, along with open space and mature trees in attractive common areas.
